All our cake flavors are dense, moist and meant to last. They can freeze beautifully if necessary. All cakes are ROUND and either 2 or 3 layers. Whipped cream iced cakes should remain refrigerated until served. Buttercream and Ganache iced cakes should be brought up to room temperature before serving for best texture and flavor. Remove from refrigeration 2 hours before serving. Slice cake with a hot knife, or a knife dipped in hot water for best results.

Our classic chocolate cake, and the base for the variations below. Devil's food chocolate cake filled and iced with bittersweet chocolate ganache. The perfect decadent celebration cake. Moist, dense and rich, this cake can serve a crowd and freezes well. Lighten this cake up with whipped cream and seasonal fruit filling, or a layer of raspberry jam. GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Rich and dense. We like this one best a little bit warm and served with whipped cream or ice cream. A little goes a long way. Topped with powdered sugar. No filling.

From scratch! A homemade rendition of the classic box cake everyone secretly loves. Vanilla flavored white cake flecked with brightly colored sprinkles, and iced with a house favorite cream cheese icing or a more traditional vanilla buttercream. Can be fully covered in sprinkles on the outside if you wish.
GABY’S CUSTARD CAKE
This unassuming looking cake may be the staff favorite when our own birthdays roll around. Baked with the custard already hidden inside… and your choice of seasonal fruit or jam. The outside is crunchy like a scone sprinkled with powdered sugar.

SEED & NUT BUTTER CAKES
ALMOND BUTTER or TAHINI CAKE
Replacing butter with almond butter or tahini gives this cake it’s rich flavor and texture. Iced with salty cardamom buttercream and filled with chocolate ganache and optional fruit like fresh raspberries or apricot jam.
WALNUT CAKE WITH PEACHES
Fragrant and nutty, made with fresh summer fruit in season, or a preserved apricot jam out of season. Iced with brown sugar buttercream & decorated with walnut halves and peach slices.
BLACK SESAME CAKE
Toasted black sesame seeds and black tahini are folded into both the cake and the buttercream to give the cake it's slate grey color. A sophisticated tasting cake with a sandy mouthfeel. Finished with a pour of ganache over the top.
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY CAKE
