THE HOLLY + TALI SHOw

It’s not a name we chose. It was given to us back when we worked in the communal kitchen of OAEC in Occidental, cooking vegetarian food for hungry permaculture students and garden teachers. We worked in the most idyllic of settings in a wooden weathered farmhouse kitchen - dancing to 90’s rap & R&B music at full volume. The beats floating out over the rows of heirloom vegetables and medicinal herbs. We were a show indeed. I know it sounds like we are a television act or something… which believe me, we joke about. But we’re not. Just two gals cooking their hearts out. And no dancing on the table tops… though we would if Holly could have her way.
